For over 25 years, Suzyn has been working on herself, asking, learning, and stretching myself, her performance zone, and potential. She is an organization MVP and has been voted as a contractor several times.
Suzyn is trained and influenced by some of the most remarkable folks today. She has learned about ontological design and what it means to be human. She took courses and learned in the following domains: Fernando Flores, Wayne Dyer, Mike Dooley, Mary Morrissey, Bob Proctor, Joseph Campbell, and more.
Suzyn has extensive experience across technology (SaaS), finance, healthcare, government, military, nonprofit, education, tourism and hospitality, wellness, and creative industries. She has coached leaders nationwide and worldwide. Additionally, she has worked with organizations to design and implement customized, experiential leadership programs. Her approach integrates emotional intelligence, authentic leadership, and strategic alignment to elevate teams beyond perceived limits.
